Pets

• Dogs are permitted in all lodging except for Stone Lodge, Meadow Lodge, and the second floor of Pine Lodge.

• Maximum of two dogs per cottage.

• Pet fee: $25 per day, per pet.

• Guests must notify the resort 5+ days prior to arrival to confirm appropriate pet-friendly lodging has been reserved.

• Pets that arrive without prior arrangement, or in non-pet-friendly accommodation, will result in a minimum fee of $250 plus applicable cleaning charges, and may result in the reservation being canceled without refund.

• Pets must be kept on leash in all public areas.

• Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time.

• Pet owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets on all grounds.

• Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or damage caused by pets may result in additional charges and/or removal from the property without refund.

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

Service animals

Service animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome in all guest accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and are not subject to pet fees. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are subject to the standard pet policy above.
