_ As a responsible pet owner, I agree to accept full responsibility for any and all damages and/or unusual degree of soiling caused by my pet(s) during my stay at the hotel.
_____ I understand that the costs for the repair of any damages or additional cleaning requirements (including labor) will be charged accordingly. This includes any flea treatment of the guest suite.
_____ I acknowledge that any time my pet(s) is/are in a public area of the hotel, the pet(s) must be leashed or crated for the health, safety and concern of all hotel guests and staff.
_____ Pets are not allowed to lounge in the restaurant, fitness center, lobby, or pool area.
_____ I acknowledge that housekeeping will not service the room while my pet(s) are in the room. If any services are needed I will call the desk to have supplies delivered/picked up at the desk.
_____ I acknowledge that I will walk my pet to relieve it of bodily functions at the appropriate pet areas on hotel grounds. I will be solely responsible for bagging and throwing away any pet waste in the proper trash containers.
_____ I acknowledge that any barking, biting, and other harmful and nuisance behaviors will not be tolerated. If there is any problems, including guest complaints, I may be asked to kennel or leave the hotel with no refund issued.
